WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you purchased any GRAMS28 product, you have 14 days to arrange a return for refund, exchange or store credit.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1. Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date

2. Be uncustomized - meaning that any product that has been customized with your initials are ineligible for refunds/exchanges

3. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

4. Be returned with original tags and packaging

*If you apply for store credit, you will receive an extra 10% credit of value for the items you return.


To initiate a return process, kindly send us an email at shop@grams28.com. Do note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.


We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. The condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt and items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

HOW TO REURN?

We don't have the ability to generate a return shipping label for international orders. We have 3rd party collect points in HK, USA, UK and AUSTRALIA to collect returns. The costs associated with the return to the collect points are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. In any case you can send your return to the collect points at your cost and we will take care of the rest.

What's not eligible for return?

We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale." Additionally, any product with modifications or a custom monogram is non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please complete this Return Form before returning your order. And send us an email about the return. We will get back to you with details on where to send the returned items. 


Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. 


For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive. 


All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days from the date of return.Please complete our Return Form and included that in the return package.
