Cancellation / change of order

Orders cannot be cancelled/changed 24 hours after they have been placed. If you would like to make amendments to your order, please reach out to us at shop@grams28.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards 

on our webshop through a secure checkout.

What currency will I place my order in?

We currently have multi-currency display on our site for your convenience.

However, we are only able to accept orders in USD at this time.

Defective products:

If you have received a defective product, please reach out to us at shop@grams28.com with photos of your product, and we will rectify the issue.

DISCOUNT CODE FOR PREORDER or DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Some coupon/discount codes cannot be used on a preorder or on an item that is already discounted. If you're trying to use the code on something full-price and still receiving an error message, make sure that you're typing in the code character-sensitive as written.
