If you purchased any GRAMS28 product don't like it, you have 14 days to arrange a return and refund.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

To arranges a return, please email [email protected] with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you details on where to send the returned item/s. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
GRAMS28 will not cover the cost of return shipping and we do not provide refunds if the package is held by customs.
Refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive.
GRAMS28 reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
