WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your selection isn't quite right, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.


To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your items must:


1. Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date.

2. Be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

3. Include all original tags and packaging.

4. Be uncustomized (items that have been customized are ineligible for refunds/exchanges).


Tip: Choose store credit instead of refund. We will add an extra 10% value to your credit amount as a thank you for staying with us.

WHAT IS THE RETURN COST?

A shipping label will be provided by us during the return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

To Return: A shipping cost of €31 will be deducted from the refund.

To Exchange: Free on orders above €220.

€31 will be charged on orders under €220 for the return shipping cost.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

  1. Fill in the Return Form: Once the form is submitted, our customer service team will get in touch with you. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will be rejected.
  2. Receive Your Label: We will provide a shipping label.
  3. Prepare the Package: Include the return label inside your package.
  4. Ship Securely: If self-shipping, we recommend using a trackable service. We cannot refund items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

    We meticulously inspect all returns. Items must be in saleable condition. GRAMS28 reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. Rejected items may be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

WHAT IS NON-RETURNABLE?

Items in the following categories cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Customized Items: Any product modified or personalised.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Discounted Pre-Orders: Items secured at a promotional pre-order price.

WHERE WILL MY REFUND BE DEPOSITED?

Refunds are applied to the original payment method, including taxes and duties, but excludes original shipping costs.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND PROCESS TAKE?

Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
