SHIPPING RATES

Expédition standard 

Free for orders $1500 MXN or above, otherwise $180 MXN.


Expédition express 

For small items* - Free for orders $6000 MXN or above, otherwise $650 MXN

For large items* - Free



*What are small and large items?

Small items are our folios, accessories, apparel and crossbody bags except the following:

172 Camera Sling, 191 Rio Crossbody, 193 Hobo Bag


Large items include our backpacks, briefcases, duffles, totes, 191 Rio Crossbody Bag, 193 Hobo Bag and 172 Camera Sling.

DELIVERY TIME

In-stock items: Dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Customized Items: Please allow an additional 2-4 working days for your artisans to personalize your piece.

Pre-order items: Check the “Dispatch Date*” on the specific product page for estimates.

*Note on "Dispatch Date”: To maintain our high quality standards, we produce in small batches. While we strive for precision, these dates are estimates. If your order is delayed, we promise transparent updates.


Delay might occur during peak seasons (e.g. VIP Sales and public holidays etc.), please allow extra time for your order to be delivered.


DUTIES AND TAXES

All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price, the price you see is the price you pay.

Incorrect import tax collecting:
If FedEx is collecting import tax from you, know they can sometimes make mistakes. All taxes should be handled by us. If this happens to you, please contact us to resolve it. 

MANAGING YOUR ODER

Changing Your Shipping Address:
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request an address change. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

Split Shipments:
If your order contains bothin-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once the pre-order item is ready.
Want your in-stock items sooner? Contact us to arrange a split shipment (additional shipping fees apply).

Wrong Address:
GRAMS28 is not responsible for shipment failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details to ensure your leather goods reach you safely.

Rejected Shipments:
If a shipment is rejected due to non-compliance with local fees or refusal to accept, your refund will be processed minus:

1. Original shipping fees.
2. Return shipping fees.
3. A $180 MXN handling fee.
4. Any applicable customs penalties.
